Clarity In Your Actions
I enjoy helping people operate at their highest potential through self-awareness.
My purpose in life is to help people use self-awareness as a tool to honor their purpose in life and maximize this human experience. From my personality to my character strengths, coaching is the essence of who I am. Coaching has been the theme of my life in all interactions. I intentionally or unintentionally help people reflect on their circumstances and what life is trying to whisper. We are all being molded and shaped to be our best selves, to honor our life's purpose, through circumstances and people; if only we all demonstrated a level of self-awareness to see and embrace this.
Born into a family of ministers, helping people achieve their highest potential, despite their perceived flaws is a calling I cannot overlook. I've always been quiet, observant, always with my head in the clouds and seeing the world through rose-colored glasses. This optimism has created a sense of resilience in helping people achieve their greatest potential. The more people honor their purpose, the better our quality of life as a collective during this human experience.
One of the ways I am reaching as many people as possible is through my Peace and Purpose book series. It helps readers develop their perspective on life, find inner peace, and identify their purpose. So far, this has been my life's most significant work. I am planting seeds to help make it easy for future generations to practice self-awareness, good mental health hygiene, and educate themselves. Additionally, I leverage social media platforms to get my message as far as possible.
While in Corporate America, I have coached frontline employees and middle managers toward their professional and personal goals. Most recently, I have become an HR professional, focusing on executive talent management. This helps to scale the impact of my work affecting business and society. In all areas of my life, I am making intentional choices to help people be their best to achieve their best.
I enjoy the process of learning; it builds and shapes lenses for me to approach situations professionally and personally. I have obtained an Associate of Arts, a Bachelor of Science, MBA with a Concentration in Executive Coaching and Human Capital Management, a Master of Human Resource Management, and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I am currently a doctoral candidate for a Doctor of Business Administration.
All these things from my background, personal life, professional life, and education make it easy for me to advocate for my clients. Fulfillment for me is helping my clients get clear about and guiding them to achieve their goals to live the life they deserve.
"Move with the flow. Don't fight the current. Resist nothing. Let life carry you. Don't try to carry it."
